Sian Whitewolf Molyneux is a visionary leader, entrepreneur and passionate advocate for Australia's heritage wild horses. As President & Founder of Wild Horse Protection Australia Inc., she is dedicated to creating sustainable, compassionate and science-backed solutions that protect wild horses, restore ecosystems and preserve our natural heritage.

With a powerful combination of entrepreneurial expertise, global investment experience, natural horsemanship and energetic healing, Sian brings a unique holistic approach to conservation and community transformation. Her work is grounded in integrity, intuition and a deep connection to Australia's nature and wild animals — leading with heart and purpose to build strategic partnerships, regenerate landscapes and empower communities for a future where wild horses and nature can thrive together.

As Vice President, Laura brings a career spanning human resources, stakeholder partnerships and communications to the movement.

She is dedicated to building the people, relationships and narratives that sustain lasting conservation — and to ensuring wild horses are understood with compassion and accuracy.

As Secretary of Wild Horse Protection Australia Inc., Dr Sera is committed to protecting Australia's wild horses through advocacy, education, and evidence-based policy.

She holds qualifications in Law, Social Science (Honours), and a PhD in Social Science, bringing a strong academic and legal perspective to her work.

Passionate about animal welfare and justice, Dr Sera believes in respectful, constructive conversations and is approachable and willing to engage with people from all perspectives to find common ground and promote practical, compassionate outcomes for Australia's wild horses and other animals.

Lea brings a background in information technology, education leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder engagement to her role as Treasurer.

A CASA-certified drone pilot, she is dedicated to evidence-based, ethical management of Australia's wild horses, applying structure and technology to conservation.

Kate grew up on the eastern side of the Snowy Mountains riding horses from the age of three.

She has worked extensively on the ground in the agriculture sector from North West Queensland to the Victorian High Country, concentrating on operations transitioning from industrial to regenerative agricultural practices.

Kate has held senior roles within the Australian Public Service, including two years at the executive level in Environmental Assessments and Approvals.

In early 2023, Kate returned to the Snowy Mountains region to work with the local community on the brumby issue. She has worked alongside rehomers and trappers, and has gentled a number of wild caught brumbies herself.

With a strong foundation in science, law and practical land management, Kate brings a unique blend of knowledge, compassion and hands-on experience to support ethical, evidence-based solutions for Australia's heritage wild horses.

Carolyn J. Einig, MSc specialises in ecosystem restoration, carbon markets, and nature-based solutions.

After conducting research on free-ranging horses in Guy Fawkes River National Park NSW, Carolyn gained 20 years of international experience helping to shape and deliver large-scale ecosystem restoration initiatives spanning biodiversity conservation, ecological rehabilitation, carbon sequestration, and climate resilience.

Her work has supported governments, investors, corporations, and conservation organisations in mobilising finance toward high-integrity environmental outcomes.

Carolyn brings strategic insight into biodiversity stewardship, ecosystem restoration, and climate finance — bridging science, policy, and implementation.
